New Living Translation (NLT)
22 A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.
It can begin, way down low
And roll up from around your toes,
Or pop up high and giggly
And make your nose all squiggly, wiggly,
Then again, it might burst out from near your belly
And roll and roll like some happy jelly,
Or sneak out like a tiny snicker
Happening ever quicker and quicker,
But no matter how you break a grin,
Let it all out, don’t try to hold it in,
And it doesn’t matter where or when
Cause it’s true…laughter is good medicine!

Help us to find the humor in every day. We tend to wrap ourselves in pain and suffering, when we should wear humor in the face of chaos. You are with us and we need not fear.
