Psalm 147:3
New Living Translation (NLT)
3 He heals the brokenhearted
and bandages their wounds.
This Bubble
We build our walls and move inside,
Our place to run, our place to hide,
A delicate house we wear like skin
Offering no protection, so shear and thin,
Our feelings have become too much,
No more room for pain and such,
We pull away and live alone
Rather than face the cruel unknown,
Those around us think us rude,
When in fact we’re misconstrued,
We long to have you close at hand
But rejection’s something we cannot stand,
So if you will, give us a chance,
Burst our bubble and end this trance,
We’ve built a bubble we wish to burst,
We only need you to burst it first.

Father,
Thank You for loving us so. Please free us from our pain and set us upon a rock of peace.
